The Retreat at Lakewood Forest is a small, deed-restricted community of town homes located along North Eldridge Parkway just south of Spring Cypress Road in Tomball, Texas. At just a short drive from State Highways 249 and 290, we have easy access to most parts of Houston.

We're a quiet and comfortable neighborhood served by Tomball ISD and located near two branches of Lone Star College: Lone Star University Park and Lone Star Tomball. We also have easy access to shopping at Vintage Park and Willowbrook Mall.
The Neighborhood​
The first homes were built in 1995, and the community was formally established with the State of Texas in 2005. The final units were completed in 2015. Our neighborhood is comprised of 40 homes clustered into five courtyards.

Nearby you'll find Tomball ISD schools, several parks (e.g. Little Cypress Creek Preserve and the 100 Acre Wood Preserve), and shopping at Vintage Park and Willowbrook Mall.

Deed Restrictions

Our deed restrictions are important guidelines for mutually respectful behavior while living in close proximity with our neighbors. We have policies for trash disposal, pets, parking, updating your property, and your responsibilities as a homeowner and member of the HOA. Please also note that there is a strict regulation against any short-term rental of any property in the community shorter than 6 months. Please review these rules if you are considering a purchase in our community. We strongly encourage every resident to park two vehicles in each garage due to limited parking space for non-garaged vehicles. The full community rules and regulations are available here.
